With a phone call or an email, your service can start. | Q: Do I have to be home during the service visits? A: No. This service was designed with your convenience in mind. Just leave the gate unlocked and/or access to your yard. | Q: What happens if I forget to unlock the gate and you are unable to service my yard? A: If the gate is locked when we come to service your yard, you will still be charged the regular fee. If we have to come back to scoop your yard, before the next scheduled visit, you will be charged an additional $12 trip charge. You can provide us with a key or combination if this is more convenient for you. | Q: Why should I hire A Plus Pooper Scoopers to clean my yard? A: It is time consuming and no one really wants to do it. You have better things to do with your time such as relaxing and spending quality time with your dog(s) and family. | Q: Can A Plus Pooper Scoopers work with our dog(s) in the yard? A: Absolutely, we usually get along with most dogs. In some cases, however, it may be a problem. If you know that your dog(s) is wary of strangers, then we ask that you restrain your dog(s). If for some reason, when we show up to work and your dog(s) does not allow us in, you will still be charged for the visit. We encourage a meet and greet with your dog(s) during the first visit. Q: How do you dispose of the waste? A: We double bag it, take it away and dispose of it in compliance with local laws and regulations. Q: Do you work in the winter and/or bad weather? A: Yes, we do. Your dog(s) need to poop year around. So we will work for you throughout the year. If, because of heavy snow/rain, we are unable to service you on your scheduled day(s), we will be there the next business day or as soon as poopsible. |
